I will discuss the current status and projected future of CMB experiments and the cosmic parameters derived from them, including the very recent ACBAR release which exquisitely maps the damping tail associated with shear viscosity at photon decoupling. I will describe what theory allows and what it prefers for the ensemble of acceleration trajectories then - in the early universe - and now. And how they are constrained by the data now, and will be then, from ACT, SPT, Planck, Spider and a host of other CMB experiments.
