Abstract:

The Gemini Observatory continues to make steady progress
towards achieving the goal of providing our community
with the highest quality data possible to answer
scientifically compelling questions.  We continue to
commission and offer new instruments and observing
modes, increase efficiency, and improve support.  I
will review recent progress at both Gemini-North and
South, and show some recent scientific results.
I will also summarize capabilites available during
semester 2004A and the procedures for preparing
Phase I and II proposals.
