We have used the Keck Adaptive Optics system to observe galaxies at cosmological distances in order to study their evolution. With the latest cameras we have obtained a sample of >200 galaxies with approximately 50 milliarcsecond resolution and are able to resolve bulges, close companions, stellar bars and other important characteristics. I will discuss our earlier completed survey, our ongoing efforts and future plans. If there is time, I will briefly describe OSIRIS, which is the next Keck science instrument and is ideally suited for galaxy observations as well as many other science targets.
