Astronomy 427: Cosmology
Astronomy 430: Solar system

Astronomy 427 and Astronomy 430 are undergraduate versions of graduate courses Astronomy 627 and Astronomy 630.  Undergraduates attend the same classes as graduate students but may be given different assignments and graded on a different scale.

These courses are strictly for undergraduates with a strong physics background, and may only be taken with the consent of the instructor.

These courses are offered on a two-year cycle at the Institute for Astronomy.

For more information contact the astronomy graduate chair, or instructors who have taught the graduate courses recently.
