The interaction of galaxies with molecular gas has been studied.
The main purpose of this study is to learn in what case the inflow
of molecular matter will induce a great amount of accumulation of
molecular matter in kpc-scale near the center of galaxies and how
long this process lasts. It is found that if the fate of the
interaction leads to the merger of both galaxies, the starburst
activity might occur in both interacting galaxies, as in NGC 520.
