The conference hotel is the Grand Hyatt hotel on the island of Kauai.
Room Rates
The reduced room rate for conference participants is $165, single or double occupancy. Additional persons 19 years or older: $35 per night. Room rates do not include taxes of about 11.4 %. Reservations must be received prior to November 10 2007.
The hotel will accept an extension of up to 3 days before and after the meeting at the negotiated rates (upon availability).
