"High Mountain Protocol and Lauhala Weaving"

Local artist, educator, environmental and cultural activist, Kaluna joins us to explore the meaning of Mauna Kea as an essential image of Hawai'i Island and its people.  Kaluna discusses proper high mountain protocol and shares a chant of the mountain.  Speaking of the plants of Mauna Kea, he demonstrates how to weave our own lauhala bracelets.
