Author Search

This is a demonstration on how to use the Author Index to search for an author.

Start by clicking on the symbol next to the Author field to access the Author Index.

You can either enter the name of browse A-Z, but entering the name is quicker. Click on the "Move To" button to get the list of names.

Click on the "Move To" button to get the list of names.

Choose the names you want to search and click "Add". These will be added to the "Transfer" field at the bottom of the screen.

Every name added is combined with an "OR". Once you have selected the names you want click "OK". This transfers the name to the search box.
