Rush jobs and emergencies must have priority status to jump to the head of the queue.

   normal
   rush
   emergency
   multiphase

Standard Job Turn Around: normal (3-7 days), rush jobs (1-3 days), emergencies (same day). For multiphase work and offset press jobs (quotes, design, layout, editing, proofing, pre-press production, printer bid requests for purchase orders, instructions for printer packet, and press approvals), all elements for each phase must be delivered to the Publications Office before phase work can begin.
