Publication's Online Work Request Form

Before entering any information, please review the entire online form to get an overview of its fields and requirements. THE QUEUE: once all job elements have been provided to the Publication's Office, your job will be added to the queue (first come, first serve). Rush jobs and emergencies must have priority status to jump to the head of the queue.

Process job as:

Standard Job Turn Around: normal (3-7 days), rush jobs (1-3 days), emergencies (same day). For multiphase work and offset press jobs (quotes, design, layout, editing, proofing, pre-press production, printer bid requests for purchase orders, instructions for printer packet, and press approvals), all elements for each phase must be delivered to the Publications Office before phase work can begin. Once all elements are provided, the phase work is added to the bottom of the queue. PI's are responsible for their own purchase orders. Come by the office to discuss same-day work.
