This year at TOPS we are adding a new hands-on activity. We will grind mirrors and build approximately 5 telescopes in teams. In order to successfully complete the project, we hope that everyone will help! Guest Mike Mattei is an optical technician and an expert at building telescopes. In this session he will present an overview of what is involved in making a telescope.
