Andrew W. Howard

 
 

I am member of the IfA faculty in Honolulu, Hawaii.  My research team discovers and characterizes planets orbiting other stars.


Previously I was a postdoc at UC Berkeley working with Geoff Marcy.  I received a Ph.D. in physics from Harvard University working with Paul Horowitz on optical SETI.  My undergraduate degree in physics is from MIT.
