Noé Lugaz was born in the capital of the country-of-cheese-and-wine at a time when Ronald Reagan was
president. After graduating from high school and the death of Pol Pot, he decided to
start juggling and study mathematics and physics by staying two more years
in high school (yes).
At the end of those two years and after the election of Chen Shui-bian as
president of Taiwan, he realized that studying full-time and achieving a
five-club cascade were incompatible. Also,
his all-time dream of becoming a superhero was not in anyway nearer.
He decided to go to the Scientific University for Paper Aerospace
Engineering and Reading Omen (Supaero),
so that he at least learns to fly paper
airplanes. After two years there and the birth
of the second child of Johnny Depp (Jack
Depp), he decided to leave France and to get his five-club working in
the USA (along a Master of Science). He joined the Ann Arbor Juggling Arts Club and
worked on Jupiter's aurora.
After the death of Dolly,
the first cloned sheep, he realized Europe is not a secure place and he
joined the PhD program in AOSS
under the supervision of Tamas I. Gombosi and
W.B.
(Chip) Manchester, IV. After the release of Spring,
Summer, Fall, Winter...and Spring in theaters and of Happy together on
DVD, he decided to study Coronal Mass Ejections
and how they interact with each other. He
defended his PhD entitled Numerical Investigation of Coronal Mass
Ejections Interacting in the Inner Heliosphere within a week of his
first 100-catch run with 5 clubs and before the death of Alexander_Litvinenko.
He came to the IfA in Honolulu,
Hawaii, 8 years and 4 days after having first learnt to juggle. His fascination
for the Sun dates back from the time he first learnt that the Moon does not have an intrinsic magnetic
field. He is still working on interacting CMEs but he is also working
on CME initiation, solar wind model with Ilia I. Roussev, tricks
with five clubs and with three clubs. He also enjoy whining, reading and
trying to propagate his mumbling habits to the newborn childs of his
friends.
