Observations on stellar kinematics of elliptical galaxies are discussed. Progress that has been made over the last four years in the study of the Faber-Jackson relation and the rotation of early-type galaxies as a function of luminosity is reviewed. Recent studies on the figures of elliptical galaxies and on whether ellipticals have constant mass-to-light ratio as a function of radius are examined.
