Brendan P. Bowler
I’m a fifth year graduate student at the Institute for Astronomy, University of Hawai’i at Manoa.
I’m interested in the detection, atmospheric properties, and formation of extrasolar planets and brown dwarfs. My Ph.D. thesis is a high contrast direct imaging search for giant planets around nearby, young, low-mass stars, which you can learn more about here. My thesis advisor is Michael Liu.
