Park behind the Dillingham airfiled and climb this cliff face to get to
the
Mokuleia forest reserve.
The cliff is ~1000ft tall and takes an hour or less. This trail
connects up to the Makua Rim as
you meander through the forrest reserve.
The cliff looks steep:

But it's not that hard.......

Bring your ID and get on to the Barraks. There's a "sacrificial
rock" with
a hiking trail to the leeward equivalent of the "pali lookout".

This trail connects with the pillboxes on the other side of the hills.
Park just in front of the "Blue Stone" gate:

Old Pali Trail: Town Side or Windward

Go up this ridge and walk down a road toward the old Nike missle site
It's really short and not reallay a hike, but it's a great view down
the south-shore
ridges for not much effort. Good timelapse spot.
