Jeff Rich!

I am a 5th year astronomy PhD student at the IfA, at UH Manoa.

My thesis advisor is Lisa Kewley, the title of my thesis is "An Integral Field Study of Galactic Winds in U/LIRGs." It focuses on an integral field survey of the GOALS galaxies, coupled with a parallel IFS study of high-redshift ULIRG candidates.

I am also working with Ann Boesgaard on determining abundances (Be, Fe, O) in extremely low metal stars to investigate the possible Be plateau.
