I am currently in my final year as an astronomy PhD student at the University of Hawai`i.  For my dissertation, I am using Keck laser guide star adaptive optics (LGS AO) to measure dynamical masses for brown dwarfs and very low-mass stars.  As part of this work, I am also using the Canada France Hawaii Telescope to measure infrared parallaxes.
