NASA has agreed to provide some limited travel support for participants to the Bioastronomy meeting. Criteria for selection includes financial need and acceptance of a paper (oral or poster) for presentation. We are awaiting the final written approval for this support. The program committee will make decisions on travel support applications during April - or as soon as practical after we get the official notification from NASA about the availability of funds. To apply for travel support, please follow the application guidelines below and submit this information to the Program committee by emailing it to John Rummel (jrummel@mbl.edu), including a copy to Karen Meech (meech@ifa.hawaii.edu) no later than May 1, 1999
